Application Procedures and Approval Conditions

The Centre is responsible for the recognition of mandatory safety training courses under a number of occupational safety and health legislation administered by the Labour Department. Prospective training course providers shall go through a recognition process before they are approved to provide mandatory safety training courses. The following documents set out the application procedures and approval conditions (including Operation Code and Course Design and Specifications) for course providers of recognised mandatory safety training courses:
