(If
tropical cyclone signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or a black rainstorm warning
signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force at
any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on 1 March 2024 (Friday), the tender
closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the
tropical cyclone signal No. 8 is lowered, or the black rainstorm warning signal
or the “extreme conditions” announced by the Government has/have ceased to be
in force. In case of blockage of the
public access to the location of the Government Logistics Department Tender Box
at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on 1 March 2024, the Government
will announce extension of the tender closing time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the
Government will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as
practicable. The above announcements
will be made via press releases on the website of Information Services Department
(http://www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/today.htm).) All time references are Hong
Kong time.

Submission of Tenders:
|
For
paper-based tendering, tenders in triplicate must be sealed and clearly marked
with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the
envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the
tenderer) addressed to the Chairman of the Tender Opening Committee, Government
Logistics Department, and placed in the Government Logistics Department Tender
Box situated at Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road,
North Point, Hong Kong. Late tenders or
tenders not deposited in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box will
not be accepted.

Tender Briefing: |
A tender
briefing will be conducted in Cantonese at 2:30 p.m. on 25 January 2024 (Thursday)
at the Function Room AC2, Level 4, Administration Building, Hong Kong Cultural
Centre, 10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Tenderers who wish to attend the briefing can complete
the Reply Form enclosed in the tender documents and return it by email or fax to
the Youth Employment and Training Programme (Hong Kong Office) (Email address: yetptender@labour.gov.hk)
(Fax: 2147 0052) before 6:00 p.m. on 22 January 2024. Each tenderer may nominate at most two representatives
to attend the tender briefing. For
details, please refer to Clause 3 in
Part 2 – Terms of Tender of the Tender Documents.

compact discs from the Youth Employment and Training Programme (Hong Kong
Office) of the Labour Department at the address stated above direct.

Remarks: |
(i)
Open tendering is adopted. All interested service providers are invited to tender.
(ii)
