Submission of Tenders:	(For Paper-based Tendering) Tenders in triplicate must be sealed in envelopes and clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Central Tender Board and placed in the Government Secretariat Tender Box (“Specified Tender Box”) situated at the Lobby of the Public Entrance on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on Friday, 12 June 2026. Tenders must be deposited in the Specified Tender Box before the tender closing time as stated above. Late tenders or tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted. (For Electronic Tendering) Tenderers can submit the tender through e-TS at https://www.ets.gov.hk/eTp_ext/views/tenderDtlsDirect.zul?token=7074be53a158437c65fe03ba7fe20fd83d4e41cead7052b4ed6df1b14238a689 before the tender closing time as stated above. In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force for any duration between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the tender closing date, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or the “extreme conditions” announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force. In case of blockage of the public access to the location of the Specified Tender Box at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the tender closing date, the Government will announce extension of the tender closing time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the Government will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as practicable. The above announcements will be made via press releases on the website of Information Services Department (http://www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/today.htm).
Tender Briefing	A tender briefing will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on 19 May 2026 at the Youth Employment Start (Kwai Fong), Units 907-912, 9/F, Metroplaza Tower II, 223 Hing Fong Road, Kwai Fong. Tenderers who wish to attend the briefing are required to complete the Reply Form enclosed in the tender documents and return it to the Reimbursement of Maternity Leave Pay Scheme Office, Employment Benefits Support Division, Labour Department (Attn: Ms Jabie LEE) (by fax: 3752 8052 or email to rmlps_tender@labour.gov.hk) before 6:00 p.m. on 15 May 2026. For details, please refer to Paragraph 9 of the Terms of Tender (Supplement) of the tender documents.
Remarks:	(i) This tender is NOT covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization. (ii) Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors/service providers are invited to tender.
