17 April 2026(Friday) 12:00 noon If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on 17 April 2026, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 is lowered, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or the “extreme conditions” announced by the Government has/have ceased to be in force. In case of blockage of the public access to the location of the Specified Tender Box at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on 17 April 2026, the Government will announce extension of the tender closing time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the Government will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as practicable. The above announcements will be made via press releases on the website of the Information Services Department (http://www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/today.htm). |

Submission of Tenders: |
For Paper-based Tender Submission Tenders in triplicate must be sealed and clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman of the Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and placed in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated at Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box as specified in this tender notice (“Specified Tender Box”) before the tender closing time. Late tenders or tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted. For Electronic Tender Submission Tenderers can also submit the tender through the ETB of the PCMS of the GLD. Relevant information is available on the ETB website: (https://pcms2.gld.gov.hk). |

Tender Briefing: |
A tender briefing will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on 6 March 2026 (Friday) at Room 1413, 14/F., Harbour Building, 38 Pier Road, Central, Hong Kong. Tenderers who wish to attend the briefing are required to complete the Reply Form enclosed in Appendix 1 of the Tender Documents and return it to the Racial Diversity Employment Programme Office of the Employment Services Division of the Labour Department (Attn: Ms Emily LAM) (by fax: 3580 0545 or email to esd_rdep@labour.gov.hk) before 6:00 p.m. on 2 March 2026 (Monday). Each tenderer may nominate at most two representatives to attend the tender briefing. For details, please refer to Paragraph 7 of the Terms of Tender (Supplement) of the Tender Documents. |
