2.12  Replace safety review officer

On being notified by the Commissioner in writing, the proprietor or contractor should replace a safety review officer within the specified time if the Commissioner has reason to believe that the safety review officer ?

• is not competent to carry out a safety review; or
• has, without reasonable excuse, contravened any of the provisions of the Ordinance (including any regulations made under the Ordinance) applicable to a safety review officer.

2.1  Develop safety management system 2.2  Prepare, revise, etc. safety policy 2.3  Establish safety committee 2.4  Appoint registered safety auditor to conduct safety audit 2.5  Provide facilities for safety audit 2.6  Take action on safety audit report 2.7  Produce safety audit report, etc. for inspection 2.8  Appoint safety review officer to conduct safety review 2.9  Provide facilities for safety review 2.10 Take action on safety review report 2.11 Produce safety review report, etc., for inspection 2.12 Replace safety review officer 2.13 Assist the Commissioner to inspect safety audit
