Legislation under which submissions to the Labour Department can be made in electronic form and the exempted provisions

Submissions to the Labour Department under the following ordinances and their subsidiary legislation could either be made in paper form, or in electronic form according to the manner, format and procedure specified in this explanatory note (except for the exempted provisions).
