Occupational Health Talks and Courses

In order to enhance the awareness of employers and employees on the importance of occupational health, minimize the possibility of employees sustaining injuries at work or occupational diseases thus enhancing the productivity of an organization, nursing staff of the Occupational Health Service, Labour Department will organise occupational health talks and courses through various means.  All services are free of charge.


Occupational Health Public Talks

The Occupational Health Service will organize occupational health public talks in community venues every month.  All the public talks are conducted in Cantonese and must be pre-registered.  Attendance certificate will be issued with full attendance.

Outreach Occupational Health Talks

Nursing staff of the Occupational Health Service will pay visits to various industrial and commercial establishments to give talks on occupational health information, health hazards at work and advise on the respective preventive measures.  A synopsis of the occupational health talks is attached below for your information.  Interested employers please contact our nursing staff at 2852 4062 for health talk arrangement.

Occupational Safety & Health Courses

The Kwun Tong Occupational Safety and Health Centre will provide regular occupational safety and health courses to public.  Courses are conducted in Cantonese. Attendance certificate will be issued with full attendance.
