Relocation of the Safety Management Office of the Labour Department

The Safety Management Office (“SMO”) of the Labour Department has been relocated from 13/F, Harbour Building, 38 Pier Road, Central, Hong Kong to 5/F, Tsuen Wan Government Offices, 38 Sai Lau Kok Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories with effect from 9 July 2018 (Monday).

With effect from the above-mentioned date (i.e. 9 July 2018), please deliver all documents including safety audit/review reports, improvement plans, safety audit plans and Form 3s submitted pursuant to the requirements of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Safety Management) Regulation to the new address of SMO.

Office hours of SMO: 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. and 2:00p.m. to 6:15p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
