The following changes took effect from 24 July 2004:
- The Wage Security Unit was renamed as the Wage Security Division;
- The Workplace Consultation Promotion Unit was renamed as the Workplace Consultation Promotion Division; and
- The Employment Claims Investigation Unit was renamed as the Employment Claims Investigation Division.
