5. Installation of E-Form Filler/Viewer

Prior to the installation of the E-Form FV, please ensure you computer meets the system and software requirements. (Please refer to Section 2 and Section 3)


Installation Procedures

Note:
If you have installed E-Form FV v1.0 before, please use "Control Panel" ---> Add/Remove Programme" of the operating system to remove E-Form FV v1.0 prior to your installation of E-Form FV v2.0.

  1. Find E-Form FV from the LD's related form webpage (URL: http://www.labour.gov.hk/eng/form/index.htm), the CD Rom or other media.
  1. Double click the E-Form FV icon to launch the installation program.
  1. Installation wizard will be prompted to guide the installation. Click "Next" button.
  1. "License Agreement" dialog box will be prompted. Click "Yes" if you agree to accept the terms of the agreement.

  1. Choose the destination folder for installing E-Form FV .

  1. Click "Next" if the name of the destination folder showed in the "Select Program Folder" dialog box is correct.

  1. Installation will then commence shortly.

  1. Soon, there will be a dialog box informing you that the installation has been completed.
