Employment Claims Investigation Division

The Employment Claims Investigation Division investigates complicated cases involving suspected offences under the Employment Ordinance and to pursue prosecution action against offenders promptly. The officers of this Division take statements from prosecution witnesses, interview and conduct hearings with employers who are suspected to have committed offences, collect documentary evidence on the suspected offences, and issue warnings or initiate prosecution action against the offenders upon completion of investigation.
