Submission of Tenders: |
A tenderer must submit its tender in the manner as stipulated in the Terms of Tender of the Tender Documents. The Technical Proposal and Price Proposal of a tender must be placed and sealed in two separate envelopes. The Technical Proposal and all supporting documents required as specified in Clauses 6.1(a) and 7 of the Terms of Tender of the Tender Documents shall be placed and sealed in one envelope and the Price Proposal shall be placed and sealed in another envelope. Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelopes (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department; and placed in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on 13 September 2016 (Tuesday). |
Tender Briefing: |
In order to facilitate the tenderers to have a clear understanding on the relevant tendering and contractual requirements, a briefing session was held on 11 August 2016. |
Remarks: |
A tenderer must be a company incorporated under the Companies Ordinances (Cap. 622) or the Predecessor Ordinance, a statutory corporation established under the laws of Hong Kong or a society registered under the Societies Ordinance (Cap. 151). “Predecessor Ordinance” means the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) as in force from time to time before the commencement of the new Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622)
