Employment Agencies Administration The Employment Agencies Administration is responsible for administering Part XII of the Employment Ordinance and the Employment Agency Regulations. It carries out frequent inspections to employment agencies to ensure that they are operating within the limits of the law to safeguard the interest of job-seekers. All employment agencies are required to apply for licences from the Employment Agencies Administration before undertaking any job placement business. The names of the persons and agencies to whom licences have been issued in every year are published in the Gazette (PDF).
