Memorandum of Understanding on Labour Cooperation between Hong Kong, China and Chile

The Memorandum of Understanding on Labour Cooperation between Hong Kong, China and Chile signed in 2012 was concluded separately from but alongside the Free Trade Agreement between Hong Kong, China and Chile. Entering into force on 9 October 2014, it establishes a set of shared labour principles and a framework for cooperation on labour matters.
