Memorandum of Understanding on Labour Cooperation between Hong Kong, China and New Zealand

The Memorandum of Understanding on Labour Cooperation between Hong Kong, China and New Zealand signed in March 2010 was concluded separately from but alongside the Hong Kong, China – New Zealand Closer Economic Partnership Agreement. Entering into force on 1 January 2011, it establishes a set of shared labour principles and a framework for cooperation on labour matters of mutual interest and benefit.
