Provisional Minimum Wage Commission Invitation of Views on the Initial Statutory Minimum Wage Rate (ended on 3 May 2010) The Provisional Minimum Wage Commission is calling for submissions of views on the initial statutory minimum wage rate, with reference to the 2009 Report on Annual Earnings and Hours Survey issued by the Census and Statistics Department as well as other relevant statistical data (PDF), to facilitate the undertaking of prudent, objective and comprehensive analyses and deliberations on the matter.
