2.    Committee on Employment Services

Terms of Reference

The committee is established to :

  1. advise on the employment services provided by the Labour Department, including those for the able-bodied and people with disabilities,  and the careers advisory service for young people; 

  2. advise on legislative provisions relating to the operation of employment agencies; and
     
  3. advise on legislative provisions relating to the employment of local workers outside Hong Kong.
