Video on Family-Friendly Employment Practices

The Labour Department has produced a video on Family-Friendly Employment Practices (FFEPs). In the video, the short dramas and real-life experiences of different enterprises let members of the public know how an enterprise, through implementing these employee-oriented good people management practices, can help their employees balance their work and family responsibilities.

FFEPs help employees meet family needs, relieve their stress and boost their work efficiency and morale, while at the same time successfully retain quality staff and build up a positive company image, to the ultimate benefit of both the employers and employees.
