Performance Pledge 2017

Ⅲ. EFFECTIVE MONITORING

The Commissioner for Labour will monitor performance against the pledge and publish our achievements annually.

A Customer Liaison Group (CLG) has been formed to collect feedback from users of the department's pledged services. A new group will be formed every two years. The CLG is chaired by the Deputy Commissioner for Labour (Labour Administration) with members coming from users of various pledged services. In 2016, members gave valuable advice and suggestions for improvement and expressed satisfaction with the standard of service.
